Why I Like To Be HOME ALONE.

I love it whenever I come home and the house is really quiet almost peaceful because everybody is out - well except for grandmother who rarely leaves the house at all. But in any event, I still feel like I have the house all to myself though cuz my grandmother doesn't really care much what I do as long as I'm happy and I don't break the jalousies. Haha!

1) I can have all the pc to myself... my siblings wouldn't be queuing up or watching my back as I www-hop. And believe me, it's not because I watch porn over the internet, I seriously have never done that like ever.

2) I can belt out any songs and record them 100x without disturbing anyone. If you're wondering about grandmother, she's got her own stuff going on downstairs - the drama in the AM radio. Yup.

3) I can stare at the mirror for hours and not worry about getting any exasperating comments from my siblings on me being vain or something.

4) I can do and undo my hair and make-up as many times I want, until they get home probably.

5) Then I can take a gazillion photos of myself!

6) I can skip eating.

7) I can channel surf on the TV (right, we don't even have cable).

8) I can think straight and work on some sensible blogs.

9) I have time for myself, just to think.

And I guess those are the fun things that I am experiencing in the house right now. I've got to sign off though since I still need to get some sleep! Probably, I can dream of having my own flat. =)

July 23, 2009 - My boyfriend and I celebrated our first anniversary and now I couldn't keep this silly smile off my face cuz right now I'm sure you could see the word "HAPPY" all over my forehead. HAPPY is like my name today and tomorrow and for the rest of my life that's going to be spent with him. Days before the anniversary I was planning and was actually determined and sure and certain that I will be giving him a mixtape. I was going to burn a disc for him with all of the songs that we both like and listened to together from the very beginning of our relationship. I was going to make an album art of my own just for him and was pretty excited to make it... Guess what? I wasn't able to make it. Cuz our computer crashed just in time when I was all ready with my materials for my masterpiece! Oh crazy really, like very. So on our anniversary I was giftless. But I do swear I'm gonna make it up to him as soon as our computer gets back from the fixing! For the mean time let me just list here the songs that I will include in the disc with some of the lines that caught both my eyes and heart and all words go out to my one and only Timotee! :)

The 25 WEIRD THINGS About Me

I was tagged to do this some months ago and so here it goes, some of the 25 weird things about me... plus 2 more actually! :)

25. Back in high school I was really sure I wouldn't reach the age 20 and I was sure I would die because my spine's going to be crashed or break or something. My dread for death at the time was really, really inexplicable.

24. When I am introduced to someone I spell their names in my head - not to remember them easily though... my mind just automatically spells it out for me.

23. I really want to go to Cuba! I don't know why most people find that as weird, but they do! So it's included in this list.

22. I don't and never leave my water container - be it glass, a refilled water bottle, canned juices that I can't finish up yet - in a fridge that isn't in our house... or know what? make that I NEVER LEAVE THOSE CONTAINERS ANYWHERE I have this crazy idea that if I do leave them there somebody might put poison or insect killer chemicals or anything at all that is deadly and consumable!

21. I am a big fan of music, but I cannot sleep with music on BUT I want to wake up with good music on! Confusing? Weird things bout me gani! Duh. Heheh...

20. Ok. that's another weird stuff bout me - I can get really and super duper confusing. And I don't usually notice that. I'm sorry if you have become a victim.

19. I am often conscious of my actions because I feel that somebody is always watching me. (Paranoia?)

18. Jingle and Tim are, I think, the only people who has ever noticed this - but both of them have told me that I make this weird noise every time I eat. Like a hissing sound (?) at the sides of my mouth.

17. I remember I wanted to be a Genetic Engineer back then so I can save people and give them longer lives. Haha!

16. I want to change the world, instead, I sleep. Seriously though, the first time I heard about the Ozone Layer thinning out I cried.

15. Hunger doesn't bother me most of the time. In fact, when I am hungry I can still think and give myself the option to either eat or not. According to our discussion in one of my classes in Psychology, when a person is hungry - one shouldn't think anymore if they should eat or not, if they do -- they are not normal.

14. I walk with my toes curled when it is raining or when the streets are wet - rubber shoes, sneakers sandals, or slippers on.

13. I believe in perfect crimes and perfect lies.

12. I believe that one person doesn't need to have/stick to one religion to show his/her belief in God. Whenever somebody asks me: "What is your religion?" I tell them: "I am an agnostic." And then the follow up question: "Serious? But I see you go to church and you are a member of your community's choir." My answer: "Yes, sometimes. I am not an atheist." They still think that I am an atheist. Whatever.

11. My future seems to be all fog and smoke everytime I try to picture it out... that should be weird.

10. I can't do things that I am told to do. And I can work well and perfectly at the last minute or whenever I am under pressure - and the pressure is from myself and myself only. Haha!

09. I used to not write if I'm not using a G-tech pen and I am just glad that I am soo over that habit already!

08. I can stop breathing sometimes and not notice it until I am literally gasping for breath already! Sometimes I wake up not breathing. Yeah, I know, super weird.

07. Coffee is not good for me. I don't really drink coffee until recently and it has been cut short and I'm never going to drink coffee again even with the following ingredients: 1 tsp Coffee, 3 tsps Coffee Mate/Cream, 5 tsps Sugar. Although I must admit coffee can really perk me up... bad thing is its "perking" powers to me makes my heart palpitate.

06. Another weird thing in addition to that... I can't feel my heartbeat. I had to see the doctor one time cuz of this... They told me that my heart is pretty normal despite the MVP syndrome (some heart churva I shouldn't worry about daw. Ok.). But one doctor said that the heartbeat sound is... WEIRD. *rolls eyes* He even said: "Pwede ko maminaw balik? Karon pa ko ani da!" (Can I hear it again? I've never heard anything like it before!) ME THINKING: Unsa diay, Doc?! (What the heck, doc?!)

05. Hyperacidity is a sickness that has been with me since I was a baby. But of course, pag baby nako wa pa ko kybaw na hyper diay to! Heheh..

04. When riding a jeepney, I would often opt to go to sleep cuz if I don't I would end up looking at every person who is in the same jeepney with me and create stories in my mind as to what they are thinking.

03. Yes, I am not a coffee lover, but I definitely LOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVEEE Starbucks! Don't ask me why.

02. I want to experience rain in Seattle.

01. I want the song by Air entitled Photograph and some Taking Back Sunday and U2 songs to be played on my funeral.

001. I don't believe that a person cannot do two things at the same time (as we were always told when we were kids), what should be right then? A person cannot FOCUS on two things/persons or whatever at the same time.

0001. I can read more than 2 books at the same time and not get lost. :p

My Natural HIGHS!

I should say that I am a naturally high, talkative, and active person. I could go through three straight days without a wink of sleep - seriously! I could talk for hours you'll fall asleep from listening to me! And when I start something... I wouldnt' stop until I get at least halfway through it. Well, that right there is like my weakness. I do have a hard time finishing things that I've begun working with/on so I would rather do everything at the time when I am most active and while I'm still surging with adrenaline for that one particular thing.

How do I keep up? I find inspiration. Yes, every now and then.

Here are the sources of my natural highs, my medications:

1) Tim. I don't even need to elaborate because just the sound of his name gets me to cloud nine and the sight of him keeps me awake even in my dreams! Hahah!

2) Books - any book at all that I find worth of my time and worth reading. Most of the time they do influence my way of writing.

3) My old journals from waay back! Even those grade school diaries that I maintained which talked mostly of boys. Gawd! How obsessed was I with boys before?! Geez!

4) Photographs! I consider them to be one of the best things that has ever been invented in the whole wide world! Also one reason I'm usually on Tumblr.

5) Facebook - just because I can see updates from my friends and even though I'm not with them or we seldom see each other well at least I know what's going on with them. Thanks to this sweet big thing called Technology.

6) Ashley. I just adore her so much cuz she's really cute and very brilliant indeed!

7) My sister, Angelica's "private" notes that I get to access from the home PC whenever she's not around! She always has this list of goals that I do not have and couldn't seem to make actually.

8) Online Window Shopping. I love the UrbanOutfitters' website in particular cuz they got some good music in there, too.

9) Then yes, there is MUSIC! Taking Back Sunday is on top of my list and next is U2 and you seriously wouldn't want me to list all of my favorite bands just yet, I'll make a separate entry of that in the future.

10) Ice cream! *drool*

11) Colorful pens and crayons. Which reminds me, I haven't seen a box of crayola for a while now.

12) Writing is like releasing endorphines.

13) Doing something new. That Edge Coaster stuff really got me going!

14) Joy rides and long drive homes sans traffic and pollution. I like taking in the scenery!

15) A rainy day with a good song playing in the radio plus the internet running fine and fast!

16) Waking up at 3am and finding a bag of Doritos in the fridge.

17) Partying/clubbing with my girls especially my bestest friend in the world Jing.

18) Right now, since I'm out of school, THE THOUGHT OF GOING BACK TO SCHOOL AND INTERACTING (or probably just staring) WITH MY TEACHER really excites me. I can't wait to walk the halls and the lobbies of the school again!

19) Riding on a plane.

20) I didn't want to admit this right here because most might not believe, but I do find talking to God inspiring.

21) Laughing, even at a corny joke. I really, really, really love laughing my mum couldn't stand it sometimes cuz she doesn't like the way my laugh sounds.

22) Mind provoking movies or TV series. Like Dexter or the Bourne Trilogy. ♥

23) Pretty girls and hot heels.

24) Fast cars, as in really fast cars! Say overspeeding?
25) A long drive home on a rainy day.
26) A cup of lychee-orange shake.
27) Starbucks, I am not a coffee lover but I am truly a big fan of Starbs!

28) Singing!!!

I could still list a million more! I'd probably be updating this blog once I find some other more things that are interesting. =)
