I AM EXCITED

FOR THESE REASONS:

1. It's already SeptemBER and I can feel and smell CHRISTMAS! Soon, the streets will be filled with lanterns and I just couldn't wait to stare at them in awe like a little kid.

2. To let Santa Claus (although, I am pretty sure He already knows) know that I have been a good girl all year round and so I deserve some good packages for this Christmas! :)

3. December 16. The start of Simbang Gabi! Yaaayyyy! That's like the thing that I always, always look forward to every year!

4. I couldn't wait to write my wishlist! And of course, I will be posting them here and link all of my other networking sites to the future wishlist entry!

5. To hunt and shop for presents and do some mixtapes for my friends as presents - I am crossing my fingers that they will like it.

6. I couldn't wait for December 31st when I would finally have my hair curled! (I hope, I hope my hair grows 10 more inches by then! It's now about a quarter inch past my shoulders or so I think.)

7. To receive and give presents. =)

Great Truths About Growing Old

I would just like to share with you this article that I've stumbled upon AmazingPosts.

1. Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional.
2. Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.
3. When you fall down, you wonder what else you can do while you’re down there.
4. You’re getting old when you get the same sensation from a rocking chair that you once got from a roller coaster.
5. It’s frustrating when you know all the answers but nobody bothers to ask you the questions.
6. Time may be a great healer, but it’s a lousy beautician
7. Wisdom comes with age, but sometimes age comes alone.

A Note To Myself: Some Things That I Want To Do With My Life.

The Boyfriend's amusement these days, second to me (of course, sniggers), is my endless daydreaming of things that I want to do and want to have in life. Oh well, when you're bored and you're a girl who's born under the influence of the fishes you can't help but make daydreaming a necessity. So here goes the list of things that I want to do with my life while I am still alive and yes, these are written in no particular order -- just when they enter my mind I key them in.

1. Pay off bills – especially the CC! Please oh please!

2. Move out – I’ve got to learn how to live without help from family. Help as doing in the laundry and the dishes, basically those kinds of stuff cuz they really do irk me sometimes.

3. Rent or buy a flat.

4. Rent or buy a flat and fill it with bookshelves and more shelves, just because!

5. Learn how to drive.

6. Buy a car.

7. Ride a roller coaster.

8. Shop for clothes and some designer ones!

9. Shop for shoes – heels, flats, and boots!

10. Shop for make-up! Ooh la la!

11. Finish school with a bachelor on psychology and probably continue on with med school! Woosh!

12. Get married at 25? Or 28? Whew!

13. Still believe that 13 or the 13th is not unlucky!

14. Travel: Beaches and GREAT Cities! Like London and Rome and New York and Moscow and Tokyo or maybe Cuba (I swear I love CUBA!)?

15. Learn how to surf!

16. Go to Siargao.

17. Stay employed with my present employer: LEXMARK for the next six years.

18. Be better – show off what I can actually do!

19. Improve leadership skills.

20. Take photographs cuz they last longer really. Take care.

21. SAVE! - Sheesh! I slack on this, I SWEAR! Help me God!

22. Know that there is a God and that I am not a superhero.

23. Read MORE books! :D

24. Create my thesis NOW!

25. Read jokes that make sense and share them. Laugh with friends!

26. Hang out and catch up with friends as often as I can!

27. Paint.

28. Join or start an advocacy – to save the world of course.

29. Have a kid, most probably a Tim Jr before I turn 25.

30. Draw.

31. Write a very moving story or poem or prose or something of that kind.

32. Buy a beat up car and restore it myself or ok, with a little help from Pop.

33. Buy and drive a Ducati or a big bike of that sort.

34. Drive the bike real fast.

35. Lose 10lbs in the next two weeks - htf will I do that?!

36. Design a dress and who knows? I might just venture into my very own line of clothing. :)

37. Convince Tim to go bungee jumping with me.

38. Try skydiving.

39. And then scuba diving.

40. Treat my mum and my sisters and brother to shopping.

41. Make this.

42. Buy an oven and learn to bake, bake, bake.

43. Maintain my blogs.

44. Buy a laptop. I particularly adore the Sony Vaio! Eeeekkk!

45. Go apple-picking on a rainy day.

46. Swim the English Channel. =)

47. Go to the airport with no flight reservation and pick a random city/country to fly to. That would be soooo exciting, right?

48. Be with Tim for the rest of our lives.

49. Visit Amsterdam and the Maldives before they finally sink into extinction.

50. Watch Taking Back Sunday, Kings of Leon, The Used, U2 and Coldplay all in one LIVE concert. =)

51. Be thrown into and enjoy a moshpit.

52. See the Manhattanhenge... sun shining down on New York.

53. I want to still look good in clothes and shoes when I grow old and my hair has turned gray.

54. I'll update this with more things that I want to do when I can think of another. As for now let me leave you with those! :)
